做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
