做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
