做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
