做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
