做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
