做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
