做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
