做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
