做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
