做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
